Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶合金電脈沖處理與等溫退火的比較

摘 要: 用直流高密度電脈沖和可比等溫退火處理Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶合金,并用XRD,TEM和穆斯堡爾譜等方法進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)檢測(cè)。結(jié)果表明,在電脈沖作用下,F(xiàn)e73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶合金在平均溫度為420 ℃的條件下發(fā)生了納米晶化,晶化試樣中無Fe-B相析出,無DO3型有序結(jié)構(gòu);晶化總量達(dá)30.9%的無序α-Fe(Si) 相的平均尺寸為8~9 nm,按二項(xiàng)式分布計(jì)算α-Fe(Si)中Si原子濃度約為17. 6%;面積比 A2.5/A1.6從淬態(tài)非晶的0.92增加至0.97,表明盡管發(fā)生了體晶化,剩余非晶中的Fe原子磁矩仍保持較強(qiáng)的面內(nèi)各向異性。與可比溫度下的等溫退火處理實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果比較可知,直流高密度電脈沖處理不同于他人報(bào)道的閃光退火,亦不同于通常的等溫退火,是非晶合金納米化轉(zhuǎn)變的一種新方法。

Comparative investigation on amorphous Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 by electropulsing and isothermal annealing

Abstract:The high current density electropulsing and comparable isothermal annealing were used to treat the amorphous Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 alloy, and the structure of the treated samples was examined using Mossbauer spectroscopy, XRD and TEM. Experimental results showed that nanocrystallization occurs in the amorphous Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 at the temperature of 420 ℃during electropulsing. No Fe-B phase was observed and no ordered DO3 structure was detected in the crystallized Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 sample. The disordered α-Fe(Si) phase with grain size of 8~9nm amounts to 30.9%. The Si atom concentration in α-Fe(Si) phase was estimated to be about 17.6% according to calculation based on binomial distribution .Area ratios, A2.5/A1.6, in the as-quenched sample and annealed sample were 0.92, but increased to 0.97 in the residual amorphous phase of the electropulsed sample, showing that the magnetic moment of Fe atoms in the residual amorphous remains the in-plane anisotropy, in spite of bulk nanocrystallization. In contrast with the result by comparable isothermal annealing, it was concluded that the transformation of the amorphous Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 to nanocrystalline induced by high current density electropulsing is a new method for nanocrystallization of the amorphous alloy, different from the flash annealing method and also from the conventional isothermal annealing method.
