制備和發(fā)光

摘 要: 采用傳統(tǒng)熔體冷卻技術(shù)制得了新型SrO-ZnO-B2O3-SiO2-M2O3(M=Y, La, Gd)發(fā)光玻璃。對(duì)玻璃密度、紫外−可見(jiàn)光區(qū)的透過(guò)性能以及熒光發(fā)射進(jìn)行了檢測(cè)。結(jié)果表明:SrO-ZnO-B2O3-SiO2(SZBS)玻璃在可見(jiàn)光區(qū)具有高透過(guò)性能,稀土氧化物的引入增強(qiáng)了玻璃在可見(jiàn)光區(qū)的透過(guò)率。SZBS玻璃的激發(fā)主峰位于221 nm附近,發(fā)射光譜則是峰值位于410、475和502 nm附近的寬帶,且藍(lán)綠光強(qiáng)于紫外光發(fā)射,紫外光和藍(lán)綠光發(fā)射分別歸屬于ZnO激子復(fù)合發(fā)光、Zn間隙原子的復(fù)合發(fā)光以及電子和深俘獲的空穴復(fù)合發(fā)光。在SZBS玻璃組成中引入稀土氧化物造成激發(fā)峰紅移并能增強(qiáng)玻璃的藍(lán)綠光發(fā)射。

SrO-ZnO-B2O3-SiO2-M2O3(M=Y, La, Gd) glasses

Abstract:SrO-ZnO-B2O3-SiO2-M2O3(M=Y, La, Gd) luminescence glasses were prepared by conventional melt quenching technology. Density, UV-VIS transmission spectra and fluorescence spectrum of the glasses were investigated. SrO-ZnO-B2O3-SiO2(SZBS) glass has high transmission capability in visible light region. The excitation peak of SZBS glass locates around 221 nm. The photoluminescence spectrum of SZBS glass is a broad band with peaks around 410, 475 and 502 nm, which are attributed to the exciton emission of ZnO, interspaceal Zn atoms recombination luminescence, electron and deep captured hole recombination process, respectively. Besides the excitation peak appears red-shift, the transmission ratio of glasses improves and the blue-green photoluminescence enhances with rare earth oxides(Y2O3, La2O3, Gd2O3) introduced into SZBS glass.
