SiCf/Ti6Al4V/Cu復(fù)合材料的界面行為及力學(xué)性能

摘 要: 采用箔−纖維−箔法制備SiCf/Ti6Al4V/Cu復(fù)合材料,研究Ti6Al4V在連續(xù)SiC纖維增強(qiáng)Cu基復(fù)合材料中作界面改性涂層時(shí)的界面反應(yīng)結(jié)合特征。利用光學(xué)顯微鏡、掃描電鏡和能譜儀分析復(fù)合材料顯微組織、斷口形貌以及SiCf/Ti6Al4V界面和Ti6Al4V/Cu界面的反應(yīng)擴(kuò)散特征。結(jié)果表明:該復(fù)合材料的抗拉強(qiáng)度并沒(méi)有顯著提高;SiCf/Ti6Al4V界面反應(yīng)非常微弱;而Ti6Al4V/Cu界面反應(yīng)非常明顯,主要是Ti原子與Cu原子之間的反應(yīng),反應(yīng)層厚度約為20 μm;反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物主要呈4層分布,分別為CuTi2、CuTi、Cu4Ti3和Cu4Ti。

Interfacial behavior and mechanical properties of
SiCf/Ti6Al4V/Cu composite

Abstract:SiCf/Ti6Al4V/Cu composite was prepared by foil-fiber-foil method in order to study the interfacial reaction and bonding characteristics when Ti6Al4V was used as interfacial modification coating on the continuous SiC fiber reinforced copper matrix composites. The microstructure, fracture surface, SiCf/Ti6Al4V interface and Ti6Al4V/Cu interface were studied by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy-dispersive spectrometry (EDS). The results show that the tensile strength of the composites is not improved distinctly. The SiCf/Ti6Al4V interfacial reaction is very weak, while the Ti6Al4V/Cu interfacial reaction is obvious, with about 20 μm thick reaction layer, which occurs mainly between Ti and Cu atoms. The reaction products distribute in four layers, which are CuTi2, CuTi, Cu4Ti3 and Cu4Ti.
