摘 要: 采用攪拌摩擦焊接法焊接了鎂合金AZ31, 研究了焊接參數(shù)對(duì)焊接接頭微觀組織和顯微硬度的影響。結(jié)果表明: 焊接接頭成形良好, 焊縫沒有氣孔、 裂紋和夾渣, 焊縫區(qū)的顯微硬度比母材稍有降低, 但降低幅度不大。

Abstract:AZ31 magnesium alloy was welded by friction stir welding(FSW), and the changes of microstructure and micro-hardness caused by different welding parameters were also studied. The results indicate that good joints without porosity, crack and dregs are obtained and micro hardness in nugget zone is a little lower than the parent metal.
