摘 要: 采用光學顯微鏡、 掃描電子顯微鏡、 電子探針微區(qū)分析研究了電磁半連續(xù)鑄造Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金鑄態(tài)和均勻化態(tài)的顯微組織和成分分布， 確定了均勻化處理的過燒溫度； 研究了鑄錠均勻化動力學， 導出了均勻化動力學方程。根據實驗及計算結果， 得出最佳均勻化處理工藝為450℃退火24h。

Abstract:The microstructure of aluminium alloy and the distributions of the alloying elements in the billet produced by electric magnetic casting before and after homogenizing treatment were studied by optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and electron microprobe analysis. And the overheat temperature of the homogenizing was established. Meanwhile, the diffusion kinetics of the alloy elements during the homogenizing treatment was studied. As a result, the homogenizing equation was deduced. The best homogenizing regulation of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy is the annealing at 450℃ for 24h.
