摘 要: 研究了氟碳鈰礦精礦的碳熱氯化反應(yīng), 發(fā)現(xiàn)在活性脫氟劑SiCl4存在下, 在500℃至900℃之間,稀土氯化率由無脫氟劑時(shí)的43%~86%增至51%~96%。 當(dāng)氯化反應(yīng)溫度低于900℃時(shí), 氯化產(chǎn)物的酸不溶物量隨著溫度的升高而降低; 而當(dāng)溫度高于900℃時(shí),酸不溶物量明顯增加。 X射線衍射結(jié)果表明: 450~500℃時(shí)酸不溶物為稀土氟化物、 氟氧化物和精礦中沒有反應(yīng)的硫酸鋇; 550~800℃為稀土氟化物; 1000~1100℃為稀土氟氧化物和氟化物。

Abstract:The bastnaesite concentrate is used as raw material to investigate the carbochlorination reaction. Between 500℃ and 900℃ for 2h, rare earth chloride yield is 43%~86% in the absence of SiCl4 and further is increased up to 51%~96% in the presence of SiCl4. When carbochlorination temperature is lower than 900℃, with the increase of reaction temperature, the residue production is decreased, which is supported by XRD studies. The residue obtained between 450℃ and 500℃ involves rare earth oxyfluorides and fluorides and BaSO4, between 1 000℃ and 1 100℃ involves rare earth oxyfluorides and fluorides, between 550℃ and 900℃ is only rare earth fluorides.
