摘 要: 通過(guò)Cu, Zn, Al在沈陽(yáng)地區(qū)的大氣暴露實(shí)驗(yàn), 總結(jié)了3種金屬的大氣腐蝕規(guī)律, 并討論了干沉降和濕沉降對(duì)金屬的大氣腐蝕影響。 結(jié)果表明: Cu, Zn的腐蝕深度與暴露時(shí)間呈線性關(guān)系; Al的腐蝕深度與暴露時(shí)間呈冪指數(shù)關(guān)系。 利用X射線衍射儀和掃描電鏡對(duì)腐蝕產(chǎn)物的結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌進(jìn)行分析, 并討論了3種金屬大氣腐蝕產(chǎn)物的形成過(guò)程。

Abstract:The atmospheric corrosion of copper, zinc and aluminium in Shenyang area under open and shelter exposure for 8a was reported. The atmospheric corrosion laws of three metals were described. The order of corrosion rates of three metals under open and shelter exposure from high to low is zinc, copper and aluminium. A classification of atmospheric corrosion aggressivity in Shenyang area based both on environmental data and corrosion rate measurements was made according to ISO9223. The morphologies and microstructures of corrosion products of three metals exposed for 8a were investigated through XRD and SEM, and the process of forming corrosion products was discussed. It is indicated that the pollution of sulphur dioxide is of decisive importance in the corrosion attack.
