摘 要: 應(yīng)用紅外光譜和拉曼光譜系統(tǒng)地研究了苛性比ak=1.55, Al2O3含量分別為100g/L, 150g/L和200g/L的鋁酸鈉溶液和含硅鋁酸鈉溶液。結(jié)果表明: 溶液中存在Al—O—Al鍵, 且隨著Al2O3含量增加而增多; SiO2的存在使得鋁酸鈉溶液中Al—O—Al鍵轉(zhuǎn)化為Al—O—Si鍵, 隨著SiO2含量增加, Al—O—Si鍵增多。 這表明Al—O—Si鍵比 Al—O—Al鍵更穩(wěn)定。因此, 含硅鋁酸鈉溶液是由Al—O—Al, Al—O—Si, Si—O—Si鍵和Al—O—H…O—Al氫鍵結(jié)合的成網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀無(wú)機(jī)高分子溶液,而不是過(guò)飽和的Al2O3溶液。 這是鋁酸鈉溶液穩(wěn)定的原因。

Abstract:Sodium aluminate and SiO2-containing sodium aluminate solutions were investigated systematically by Raman scattering and infrared adsorption spectrum. The results show the Al—O—Al band existing in solution increases with content of Al2O3; Al—O—Al band is changed to Al—O—Si band, the more the amount of SiO2, the more the Al—O—Si band. It is shown that structure of Al—O—Si band is more stable than structure of Al—O—Al. So sodium aluminosilicate solutions is inorganic network high polymer solution combined by Al—O—Al, Al—O—Si, Al—O—Si and Al—O—H…O—Al hydrogen band, not supersaturated Al2O3 solution. This is why solution is stable.
