及其形成機(jī)制

摘 要: 采用多種試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)手段對(duì)锍窯皮的理化性質(zhì),如化學(xué)成分、 物相組成、 物相分布、 微區(qū)成分、 熔點(diǎn)與粘度等進(jìn)行測(cè)定。 探討了锍窯皮形成的原因和機(jī)理, 認(rèn)為在高溫區(qū), 鋅蒸氣與含硫氣體反應(yīng)生成ZnS和ZnO , 這兩種產(chǎn)物的一部分粘結(jié)在鐵窯皮上, 與分熔富集的FeS, Cu2S等形成锍窯皮。 討論了溫度、 風(fēng)量、風(fēng)壓等各項(xiàng)技術(shù)條件對(duì)锍窯皮掛結(jié)的影響。

Abstract:The physicochemical properties of matte-kiln-crust, such as its chemical component, phase compositions, phase distribution, components on the micro-area, smelting point, viscosity and so on, were investigated by use of various kinds of experimental ways. The mechanism of matte-kiln-crust formation was discussed. It is found that zinc steam reacts at high temperature with the sulfur-bearing gas to produce ZnS and ZnO, parts of which will stick on iron-kiln-crust to form the matte-kin-crust with the enriched FeS and Cu2S by partial smelting. In the same time, the effect of technological condition, such as temperature, volume and pressure of air, on the sticking matte-kiln-crust was also examined.
