摘 要: 用熱壓燒結(jié)法制備了納米Fe3Al粒子增強(qiáng)Al2O3基復(fù)合材料。 研究了1450～1600℃不同燒結(jié)溫度下納米Fe3Al的加入量與材料的致密度、力學(xué)性能及顯微結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)系。 結(jié)果表明：納米Fe3Al的加入可使Al2O3晶粒的生長受到抑制， 使復(fù)合材料的燒結(jié)溫度提高。 Fe3Al/Al2O3納米復(fù)合材料有良好的力學(xué)性能， 其抗彎強(qiáng)度最高可達(dá)832MPa， 斷裂韌性最高可達(dá)7.96MPa·m1/2。

Abstract:Fe3Al nanoparticle toughening Al2O3 matrix composites are fabricated by hot pressing. The effect of hot-pressed temperature and nano-Fe3Al contents on the densifications, mechanical properties and microstructure were researched. The results show that addition of nano-Fe3Al inhibites the growth of Al2O3, therefore the sintered temperature is increased. Fe3Al/Al2O3 nanocomposites exhibit attractive mechanical properties. The best values of bending strength and fracture toughness of the composite are 832MPa and 7.96MPa·m1/2, respectively.
