摘 要: 利用透射電鏡、 選區(qū)電子衍射等手段研究了Cu-25Al-3Mn形狀記憶合金淬火態(tài)馬氏體亞結構特征及其在加熱過程中的變化。實驗合金淬火態(tài)馬氏體內部亞結構為(121-)2H孿晶,該合金馬氏體中產生T譜的孿晶是一些具有不同厚度的、 平行入射電子束的片狀非相干散射體, 孿晶亞結構中最薄孿晶片厚度小于2.02nm; 在加熱過程中, 部分2H馬氏體向18R馬氏體轉變, 出現(xiàn)了層錯亞結構特征。

Abstract:The twin substructure characteristics of the martensite as-quenched in Cu-25Al-3Mn alloy and its changing during aging were studied by means of TEM and SAEDP. The substructure of martensite in the tested alloy is confirmed to be (121-) twin by calculation. The electron diffraction pattern of these twins is resulted from the different thickness, incoherent scattering body, which is parallel to the transmitted beam. The thickness of the minimum twin is thinner than 2.02nm. During heating, a part of the 2H martensite transforms to M18R martensite.
