性能的影響

摘 要: 通過壓力-組成-溫度曲線、放氫量測試及X射線衍射研究了退火熱處理對TiMn基儲氫合金結(jié)構(gòu)及性能的影響。結(jié)果表明, 退火熱處理能明顯改善儲氫合金的活化性能, 在一定程度上提高吸放氫性能, 降低吸放氫反應的焓變。 XRD分析表明,熱處理后儲氫合金的相組成由單一的γ-TiMn1-2轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)?EM>γ-TiMn1-2和六方TiMn5相共存。

Abstract:The effect of annealing on phase structure and hydrogen absorption/desorption property of TiMn-based alloy was studied by pressure-composition-temperature (PCT) curves, hydrogen desorption capacity and XRD analysis. The results show that the activation performance of this alloy is improved and the reaction enthalpy is reduced. XRD analysis show that phases of γ-TiMn1-2 and hexagonal TiMn5 coexist in the alloy instead of single γ-TiMn1-2 after the heat treatment. The heat treatment can effectively improve the microstructure, activation property and hydrogen absorbing capacity of TiMn based hydrogen storage alloy.
