AlSn8Si2.5Pb2Cu0.8Cr0.2/鋼軸瓦帶

摘 要: 采用液-固相軋制復(fù)合法生產(chǎn)AlSn8Si2.5Pb2Cu0.8Cr0.2/鋼復(fù)合板, 通過實驗結(jié)合數(shù)學(xué)模型確定其工藝參數(shù)范圍。 光學(xué)金相觀察表明其組織含有大量發(fā)達細(xì)小的枝晶, 電子探針觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)Si, Sn元素在組織內(nèi)分布均勻, 通過結(jié)合強度、 表面硬度和復(fù)合帶厚度檢測, 發(fā)現(xiàn)在澆注溫度750℃, 軋制復(fù)合速度3m/min, 輥縫1.2mm條件下, 能穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)厚度為2mm左右的軸瓦復(fù)合帶。

Abstract:AlSn8Si2.5Pb2Cu0.8Cr0.2/steel bearing strip is produced by the method of liquid-solid roll-bonding. Based on the experiments and mathematical model, the technical parameters are determined. By the aids of bonding strength and surface quality, the optimized parameters (roll speed: 2.964m/min, casting temperature: 750℃, roll gap: 1.2mm) are found. The metallography and EPMA pictures show that the distributions of Sn and Si are uniform and dispersion.
