摘 要: 采用水熱技術(shù)合成了CaV4O9納米晶。還原水合肼對產(chǎn)物的形成起著關(guān)鍵作用。通過粉末X射線衍射譜,X射線光電子能譜,透射電子顯微鏡和X射線能量色散譜等分析方法表征了所合成CaV4O9納米晶的結(jié)構(gòu)和組成。對其變溫磁化率的測量表明產(chǎn)物具有二維量子自旋效應(yīng)。討論了化學(xué)條件的變化對合成產(chǎn)物的影響。

Abstract:Nanocrystalline CaV4O9 has been synthesized by hydrothermal method. The reducing agent N2H4 plays a key role in the formation of the product. The sample has been characterized by means of X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectra and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy techniques. The magnetic susceptibility measurements on the sample reflect the low dimensional nature of the spin system. The reaction details and features are described and discussed.
