合金化對ZrMn2基Laves相貯氫合金相
組成的影響

摘 要: 研究了Ni、V、Cr、Co、Fe、Cu和Ti等合金化元素取代ZrMn2基Laves相貯氫合金的B側(cè)或A側(cè)對合金相組成的影響。結(jié)果表明,采用不同的元素對A側(cè)或B側(cè)進行部分取代,將引起ZrMn2基合金相組成的變化。采用Ni取代Mn后,ZrMn2合金的主相結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)镃15型Laves相,表明Ni為C15相穩(wěn)定元素。對Zr-Mn-Ni三元合金,V為C14相穩(wěn)定元素,而Co、Fe、Cu則為C15相穩(wěn)定元素。取代量較少時,Cr為C15相穩(wěn)定元素,取代量增加時,C15相穩(wěn)定作用減弱。Ti元素為C14相穩(wěn)定元素,Ti對Zr的部分取代將導致合金主相結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)镃14型Laves相。合金化元素對ZrMn2合金的相組成的影響與元素的電子濃度和原子尺寸不同有關(guān)

Abstract:The effect of substitution of Ni,V,Cr,Co,Fe,Cu and Ti element in A or B side on the phase composition of ZrMn2 based Laves phase hydrogen storage alloys were investigated systematically. The results show that the partial substitution in A or B side by various elements will lead to the change of phase composition. The stable major phase is of C15 type Laves phase with the partial substitution of Mn by Ni element, indicating that Ni is C15-stabilized elements. For Zr-Mn-Ni ternary alloy, V is C14-stabilized element,Co,Fe and Cu are C15-stabilized element, Cr is C15-stabilized element when the substitution amount is small. However, the effect of stabilization decreases with the content increasing. Ti is C14-stabilized element, the major phase of ZrMn2 based Laves alloys will be transferred to C14 type Laves phase with the partial substituted of Zr by Ti element. The phase component has a correlation with the atomic radius and electronic concentration of the corresponding substitution element.
