起始形核溫度的計(jì)算

摘 要: 基于快速凝固的瞬態(tài)形核理論和對(duì)連續(xù)冷卻條件下整個(gè)溫度區(qū)間的瞬態(tài)形核數(shù)和晶核體積積分,導(dǎo)出了連續(xù)冷卻多階段快速凝固條件下過(guò)冷熔體中各析出相起始形核溫度的計(jì)算方法。 假定界面?zhèn)鳠崽幱谂nD冷卻方式, 對(duì)Ni-Al合金平面流鑄條帶形成過(guò)程中析出的化合物相起始形核溫度做了計(jì)算。

Abstract:The calculation method of the initial nucleation temperature was deduced for the condition of continuous cooling by multi-step solidification, based on transient nucleation theory for the integration of the total nucleation number and volume in the whole temperature range. Assuming that the interface heat transfer was in Newton model, the initial nucleation temperature of intermetallic phase was calculated on Ni-Al alloy during ribbons formation by planar flow casting.
