摘 要: 研究了工業(yè)態(tài)AZ31鎂合金在溫度623～723K和應(yīng)變速率1×10-5～1×10-3s-1范圍內(nèi)的超塑性變形行為。結(jié)果表明，工業(yè)態(tài)AZ31鎂合金表現(xiàn)出良好的超塑性，其最高斷裂延伸率達(dá)到314%，應(yīng)變速率敏感指數(shù)達(dá)0.4。顯微組織觀察和斷口分析表明，工業(yè)態(tài)AZ31鎂合金超塑變形主要由晶界滑動(dòng)機(jī)制所控制，同時(shí)，動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶也是合金超塑變形的一種協(xié)同機(jī)制。

Abstract:Superplastic behavior of a commercial AZ31 magnesium alloy is investigated at temperatures ranging from 623 to 723K and strain rates ranging from 10-5 to 10-3s-1. The results showed that the alloy exhibits excellent super plasticity, and the maximum elongation-to-failure reaches 314%. The alloy also shows a high strain rate sensitivity exponent of 0.4. Microstructural observations suggest that grain boundary sliding (GBS) makes a substantial contribution to the superplastic deformation, and the dynamic recrystallization is the accommodated mechanism for the deformation.
