摘 要: 通過(guò)引入水熱合成對(duì)Pechini法進(jìn)行改進(jìn)，合成了鋰離子正極材料Li1+xMn2-xO4。討論了反應(yīng)物的摩爾比、燒結(jié)溫度、燒結(jié)時(shí)間和回火工藝對(duì)產(chǎn)物結(jié)構(gòu)和粒度的影響。結(jié)果表明，燒結(jié)溫度和時(shí)間以及Li/Mn摩爾比對(duì)產(chǎn)物的結(jié)構(gòu)有較大影響，回火工藝可改善產(chǎn)物的粒度分布。優(yōu)化的工藝條件為：x=0.06，燒結(jié)溫度650℃，燒結(jié)6h，再在420℃回火3h。得到的產(chǎn)物結(jié)構(gòu)完整，顆粒均勻，放電容量為118mAh/g。

Abstract:Spinel Li1+xMn2-xO4 powders as cathode material for lithium ion secondary battery were synthesized by a modified Pechini method. The dependence of physicoc hemical properties of the spinel Li1+xMn2-xO4 powders on the value x，the calcining temperature and time as well as annealing was investigated. It was found t hat the Li/Mn mole ratio，the calcining temperature and time play an important role in the structure of the product and annealing treatment can improve the distribution of particle size. The results show that when the product with the x value of 0.06 is calcined for 6h at 650℃ and annealed for 3h at 420℃，it delivers an initial capacity of 118mAh/g.
