摘 要: 通過SEM,XRD,EDS,鹽腐蝕試驗(yàn),熱腐蝕試驗(yàn)和電化學(xué)測試等研究了鋅鋁鉻膜的防腐蝕性能與機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,該膜層耐中性鹽腐蝕性能至少優(yōu)于鍍鋅鈍化層4倍。至于鋅鋁鉻膜層的抗腐蝕機(jī)理可能在于鋅和鋁粒子的電化學(xué)保護(hù)、鉻的表面鈍化和鋅鋁鉻化合物保護(hù)層的屏蔽等作用,3者的協(xié)同作用結(jié)果賦予該膜層優(yōu)異的耐腐蝕性能。

Abstract:The anti-corrosion characteristics and mechanism of zinc-aluminum-chromium coating were studied by tests of salt immersion,salt spray and heat treatment test,and by examinations of electro-chemical impedance spectra,SEM,XRD and EDS. The results show that the coating is superior to electro-zinc plating in anti-corrosion. The corrosion prevention mechanism of zinc-aluminum-chromium coating may come from the controlled galvanic protection of zinc and aluminum particles,the passivation of the object surface by chromic acid,and the barrier effect of zinc,aluminum and chromium compound. The combination of the above effects provides superior anti-corrosion characteristics.
