摘 要: 以1420鋁鋰合金為對象,研究了軋板的各向異性在時效過程中的演化,并探討了δ′相強化的各向異性機制。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著時效的進行,合金的各向異性逐漸增強,合金的拉伸斷裂特征也出現(xiàn)各向異性;且隨著時效的進行,合金的斷裂方式由沿晶分層斷裂向沿亞晶分層斷裂轉(zhuǎn)變。可以認為,δ′相是通過共面滑移來軟化滑移面、減少滑移系數(shù)目,從而增強合金的各向異性。

Abstract:Variations of anisotropy during aging treatment in 1420 Al-Li alloy rolled sheet,and the mechanism by which δ′ phase strengthens the alloy an isotropically were investigated. It is found that anisotropy of properties increases as aging treatment progresses. The fracture character is also anis otropic,and it transits from intergranular one to intersubgranular one as aging treatment progresses. It is deduced that δ′ phase softens slip planes and lessens the number of slip systems by coplanarslip,thereby enhances anisotropy in this alloy.
