Al-8.7Fe-1.6V-1.3Si耐熱鋁合金的固液混合鑄造

摘 要: 研究了耐熱鋁合金Al-8.7Fe-1.6V-1.3Si(8009)的固液混合鑄造。結(jié)果表明:采用固液混合鑄造工藝制備的耐熱鋁合金顯微組織明顯細(xì)化,室溫和高溫力學(xué)性能明顯優(yōu)于鑄造和攪拌鑄造耐熱鋁合金。固液混合鑄造坯具有良好的擠壓性能,擠壓坯具有優(yōu)異的室溫和高溫耐磨性能。在本工藝條件下,當(dāng)粉末添加質(zhì)量和合金熔體質(zhì)量比為1時(shí),耐熱鋁合金中的Al13Fe4析出相粒徑可控制在30μm以下,材料的室溫力學(xué)性能為:σb=210MPa,00.2=190MPa,δ=4%;在473K時(shí)為:σb=150MPa,σ0.2=130MPa,δ=5%;在573K時(shí)為:σb=110MPa,σ0.2=90MPa,δ=6%。

Abstract:A novel mixed solid-liquid casting technology was utilized to prepare elevated temperature aluminum alloy (8009). The results show that, comparing with conventional casting processing and stirring casting process,this process can effectively refine the grains and precipitated Al13Fe4 phase particles and can obviously improve the room temperature or high temperature mechanical properties. Better extrudability,abrasive resistance at room temperature and high temperature can also be obtained by this process. When mass ratio of the alloy powder to the melt is up to 1,the mean size of the Al13Fe4 particles in the alloy samples can be controlled under 30μm; its mechanical properties at room temperature is σb=210MPa,σ0.2=190MPa,δ=4%; at 473K,σb=150 MPa,σ0.2=130MPa,δ=5%;at 573K,σb=110MPa,σ0.2=90MPa,δ=6%.
