摘 要: 對(duì)絕熱剪切的研究現(xiàn)狀作了概述。從材料熱粘塑性本構(gòu)失穩(wěn)形成絕熱剪切帶及其擴(kuò)展規(guī)律,絕熱剪切帶內(nèi)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)特征及其演化機(jī)制,以及計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)值模擬技術(shù)在材料絕熱剪切研究中的應(yīng)用等三個(gè)方面對(duì)前人的工作進(jìn)行了分析比較,指出了以上三方面研究中的不足,即:尚未建立和完善顧及微觀組織變化的熱粘塑性本構(gòu)模型;絕熱剪切條件下的動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶機(jī)制尚不清楚;還不能較好地模擬出絕熱剪切帶內(nèi)的組織演化過(guò)程等。最后對(duì)該領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)提出了自己的觀點(diǎn)。

researches on adiabatic shearing

Abstract:The recent progresses in the researches on adiabatic shearing were reviewed in detail. These reviews included three research fields: the thermal viscoplastic constitute instability related to adiabatic shearing,the microstructural characteristics in the adiabatic shear bands as well as the mechanism of the microstructural evolution, and the numerical simulation on the adiabatic shearing. Some shortcomings in these researches were analyzed and the future research fields of adiabatic shear banding were pointed out.
