摘 要: 將模糊專家控制、神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制等智能控制技術(shù)運(yùn)用到智能大功率電弧爐自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了電弧爐三相電流和溫度雙閉環(huán)控制。該系統(tǒng)已成功在廣東韶關(guān)冶煉廠運(yùn)行,運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明該系統(tǒng)控制精度高,可靠性好,提高了電極升降的快速性和定位精度,確保電極平穩(wěn)調(diào)節(jié),保證了電弧爐三相電流的平衡和溫度的穩(wěn)定,獲得了很好的控制效果和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

Abstract:The technologies of neural network control and fuzzy expert control were used in the large-power EAF intelligent automatic control system, which realizes two closed loops control of three phase current and temperature of EAF,and assures three phase current equilibrium and temperature stabilization. The system was running in Shaoguan Smelter, which has gotten better control effect and economical benefit in fact.
