摘 要: 采用多種分析方法對1420鋁鋰合金表面氧化膜進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明合金表面富集了元素Li和Mg,且表面主要為由Li和Mg的氧化物組成的疏松氧化膜,其厚度約為0.05mm。合金表面氧化膜的形成與溫度密切相關(guān),氧化膜從300℃開始形成速度較快,400℃以上迅速擴(kuò)展并形成連續(xù)的氧化膜,且氧化膜的形貌發(fā)生明顯變化。

Abstract:The surface layer of 1420 aluminum-lithium alloy was analyzed. The results show that the surface layer is rich in elements Li and Mg, and the surface oxide film-not compact, is mainly composed of oxides of Li and Mg with about 0.05mm thickness. The analyses of oxide films formed at different temperatures indicate that the composition and morphology of the oxide film are temperature-dependent. The oxide film is induced evidently above 300℃. The temperature increase causes the growth of the oxide film, the formation of continuos oxide film, as well as the change of the morphologies of the oxide film.
