摘 要: 以擠壓及熱處理(T6態(tài))工藝制備6066鋁合金圓管型模擬炸彈，進行了力學(xué)性能測試、砂坑中爆破試驗及掃描電鏡斷口形貌觀察。研究結(jié)果表明：隨著應(yīng)變速率的提高，6066鋁合金強度升高，塑性下降，斷口從韌性向脆性轉(zhuǎn)變。爆破破片斷口形貌由拉伸斷裂、剪切斷裂及其過渡區(qū)組成，但以拉伸斷裂為主。6066鋁合金作為彈體材料密度小、裝藥量大、爆轟力大，故而破片率及破片初速大，殺傷力大。通過破片的斷裂特征，分析了與材料動態(tài)斷裂行為相關(guān)的形貌特征，研究了該彈體材料的膨脹斷裂行為。

Abstract:Tubular bomb casings of 6066 aluminum alloy were manufactured by extrusion and T6 heat-treatment. The strength of 6066 aluminum alloy was increased and the ductility was decreased with the increase of strain rate. The fracture behavior was investigated in consideration of fragment rate. The result shows that shear deformation occurs at the interior surface of the casing and tensile deformation at the outer surface under high explosive detonation pressure. Expansion and fracture of explosive-filled 6066 aluminum alloy cylinders were analyzed. The relations between material characters combining with loading-strength and deformation character were also discussed.
