粉末冶金TiAl合金排氣門的研制

摘 要: 利用元素粉末冶金方法制備了TiAl合金排氣閥。為提高排氣門桿部的致密度、均勻度,設(shè)計(jì)了特有的徑向熱壓工藝,并從理論上分析了與該工藝相關(guān)的壓坯密度、致密化和應(yīng)力變化規(guī)律。制備出高徑比為10.7,密度為3.79g/cm3的粉末冶金TiAl合金汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)排氣門。

Abstract:In order to manufacture TiAl-based alloy automotive exhaust valve,a new powder densification and near net shaping technique (named as radial hot pressing) was suggested. The density of the powder compact,the densification equation and stress equation for radial hot pressing have been determined theoretically. By this technique,TiAl-based alloy automotive valve with large height-to-diameter ratio of 10.7 has been obtained,and its density up to 3.79g/cm3,which has proven the feasibility of radial hot pressing experimentally.
