高效鋁熔體綜合處理技術(shù)及其效果

摘 要: 探討了鋁熔體高效凈化、富鐵雜質(zhì)相變質(zhì)和晶粒細(xì)化處理技術(shù)的效果及其相互關(guān)系。提出凈化是鋁熔體處理的關(guān)鍵,是細(xì)化和變質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ);據(jù)此研究了高效鋁熔體綜合處理技術(shù),其效果顯著。對(duì)壓力罐用鋁材的除雜率和針孔降低率分別達(dá)82.0%和87.0%,鑄態(tài)晶粒平均尺寸減小了18.6倍,雜質(zhì)相也由較粗大長(zhǎng)針(片)狀變成彌散細(xì)小的圓球狀或短棒狀,從而使材料的力學(xué)性能,尤其是塑性得到了較大幅度的提高。

Synthetical technique of high-efficient
melt-treatment of aluminum and its effect

Abstract:The effect of melt-treatment techniques such as high-efficient purification,modification of Fe-rich impurity-phase and grain refinement and some interrelations among these treating techniques of molten aluminum were investigated. It is firstly put forward that the purification is the fundament al and the key process,that is, the basis of modification and grain refinement processes. Based upon this viewpoint,a new synthetical technique of high-efficient melt-treatment of aluminum has been developed. The new technique makes the metallurgical quality of aluminum sheet used for pressure can be improved remarkably,that is,the rate of removing inclusions and the extent of lowering porosity amount to about 82.0% and 87.0% respectively,and as-cast mean grain diameter is about a fraction of 18.6 times as big as that of no melt-treatment material,an d the coarse and long needle/flake Fe-rich impurity phases are transformed into complex compounds of tiny, sphere/short stick form. For this reason,the mechanical properties, especially the plasticity of this material have been improved remarkably.
