抗氧化涂層性能的影響

摘 要: 采用在C/C復(fù)合材料基體表面預(yù)先浸涂浸漬劑，再涂刷涂層并進(jìn)行涂層固化處理的工藝方法，可制備出抗氧化性能良好的涂層。預(yù)浸涂處理可使C/C復(fù)合材料的起始氧化溫度提高近200℃。單獨(dú)預(yù)浸涂以硼酸或TEOS為主的浸漬劑后，試樣抗氧化效果不明顯，而預(yù)浸涂以磷酸或磷酸+硼酸混合液為主的浸漬劑效果較好，900℃，2h靜態(tài)氧化質(zhì)量損失率分別為0.40%和0.33%。并對以硼酸，磷酸和TEOS及其混合液為主的浸漬劑的抗氧化機(jī)理進(jìn)行了分析和探討。

Abstract:The method which is composed of pre-impregnating in soaker, painting coating on the surface of carbon/carbon composite, and solidifying the coating, was first used for the preparation of a good anti-oxidation coating on the composite. The initial oxidation temperature is promoted by 200℃ due to the pre-impregnation. The anti-oxidation effect is not remarkable when the composite is alone pre-impregnated in HBO2 or TESO soaker. The anti-oxidation property is good for the composite pre-impregnated in H3PO4 or H3PO4+HBO2 mixed solution soaker. The mass loss rate oxidated at 900℃ for 2h are 0.40% and 0.33% respectively. The anti-oxidation mechanism of the soakers containing mainly HBO2, H3PO4, TEOS and their mixed solution is analyzed.
