摘 要: 采用噴射成形方法制備了不同成分的Al-Fe-V-Si耐熱鋁合金,對噴射成形工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,對沉積坯件的熱擠壓工藝進(jìn)行了探索,對材料的組織進(jìn)行了分析,并對不同成分材料的性能進(jìn)行了比較。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)噴射成形工藝參數(shù)選擇合理時,沉積坯件具有良好的成形性與致密度,在隨后的熱擠壓過程中,通過較低的擠壓比即可使材料達(dá)到全致密;沉積坯件熱擠壓溫度的降低有利于使材料獲得更高的力學(xué)性能;同時,通過對合金成分的優(yōu)化,可以獲得加工和使用性能更加優(yōu)良的Al-Fe-V-Si耐熱鋁合金。

Abstract:Heat resisting Al-Fe-V-Si alloys have be en prepared by spray forming process. The process parameters were optimized, the hot extrusion process was investigated, and the microstructures and resulting mechanical properties were evaluated and compared. The results show that under suitable spray forming conditions, the as-deposited alloys have good forming properties and high dense, and can be compacted completely with low hot extrusion rate. The decrease of hot extrusion temperature has good effects on mechanical properties of extruded products. By optimizing the alloy contents, high machining and employing properties of alloys can be obtained.
