摘 要: 利用原位反應(yīng)技術(shù),通過控制反應(yīng)物B2O3和石墨的含量制備了原位生長納米TiB2增強(qiáng)Cu基復(fù)合材料。用XRD,EDS,TEM對(duì)TiB2/Cu原位復(fù)合材料進(jìn)行微結(jié)構(gòu)分析,研究表明銅基體中彌散分布著50nm的TiB2顆粒,并對(duì)Cu基體有良好的增強(qiáng)作用。

Abstract:The TiB2 nanoparticles reinforced copper matrix composites were prepared by in-situ reaction which was controlled the content of reactant B2O3 and graphite. Microstructures of the in-situ TiB2/Cu nanoparticle composites were analyzed using XRD, EDS and TEM. The result shows that the in-situ synthesized TiB2 particles with a size of 50nm disperse in copper matrix and have asignificant reinforcement for the copper matrix.
