高溫摩擦學特性的影響

摘 要: 用粉末冶金熱壓方法制備了含不同LaF3添加量的Ni-Cr-Mo-Al-TiB-MoS2-LaF3系寬溫度范圍自潤滑合金,測試了合金力學性能及與Al2O3陶瓷配副下的高溫摩擦磨損性能。研究結果表明,合金的力學性能隨LaF3添加量的增加而降低,但其減摩耐磨能力隨LaF3添加量的增加而提高。合金中的硫化物(CrxSy,Mo2S3和AlLaS3)是合金低溫范圍內(室溫至300℃)自潤滑的主要因素;高溫摩擦時(400~700℃)合金表面氧化物和殘余硫、鑭的化合物及對偶表面轉移膜中氧化物與復合氧化物的協(xié)同作用是摩擦因數進一步降低的原因。

Abstract:The Ni-based self-lubricating alloys with various proportions of LaF3 as lubricant were prepared by hot-pressing the mixture powder of alloyed Ni-Cr powder,elemental Mo,Al,Ti,B,and MoS2 powder and LaF3 powder. The mechanical properties and tribological properties of these alloys rubbing with Al2O3 ceramics were measured at elevated temperature.The results show that the mechanical properties of alloys decrease with increasing LaF3 addition, and the ability of anti-friction and wear resistance of alloys increases with increasing LaF3 addition,especially at high temperature. At temperature below 300℃,the sulfides(Crx Sy,Mo2S3,and AlLaS3)in alloys play the main role of lubrication in the friction process.At high temperature,the synergistic effect of oxides and sulfides lead to further reduction of the friction coefficient.
