組織演變過程的數(shù)學(xué)描述

摘 要: 研究了電磁攪拌法制備半固態(tài)鋁合金原材料工藝中,主要工藝參數(shù)(磁場強度和冷卻速度)與非樹枝晶組織之間的關(guān)系,半定量地描述了非樹枝晶組織的演變過程,給出了非樹枝晶組織參數(shù)隨著磁場強度和冷卻速度變化的數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系,為合理選擇工藝參數(shù)提供了理論指導(dǎo)。

Abstract:The relationship between the main technological parameters(magnetic induction and cooling rate) and the non-dendritic structure of aluminum alloy produced by electromagnetic stirring was studied. The evolution of the non-dendritic structure was semi-quantitative described, and the semi-quantitative relationship between the magnetic induction and cooling rate and the non-dendritic structure parameters was obtained, which offer the theoretic direction to choose the technological parameters for producing the aluminum alloy with non-dendritic structure.
