摘 要: 研究了家用微波爐磁控管碳化La2O3-Mo陰極,參照碳化ThO2W陰極磁控管的制作工藝,成功實現(xiàn)了La2O3-Mo陰極的碳化以及碳化La2O3-Mo陰極磁控管的去氣、激活。碳化La2O3-Mo陰極的微波能量輸出功率為500W,而同類型的碳化ThO2-W陰極磁控管的額定微波能量輸出為900W。通過分析認為,碳化La2O3-Mo陰極磁控管微波輸出能量不足的主要原因在于碳化La2O3-Mo陰極材料本身的電子發(fā)射能力不足。

Abstract:Carbonized La2O3-Mo cathode applied in civil microwave oven magnetron w as st udied. Referred to carbonized ThO2-W cathode, the carbonizing techniuqes of La2O3-Mo cathode and exhausting, activating process of carbonized La2O3-Mo cathode magnetron were made. Compared to 900W microwave energy output of same type carbonized ThO2-W cathode magnetron, only 500W microwave output can be acquired for carbonized La2O3-Mo cathode. It is pointed out that the limited microwave energy output is brought by the lower electron emission ability of carbonized La2O3-Mo cathode.
