摘 要: 開發(fā)了用NH3-NH4Cl水溶液浸出煉鉛爐渣煙化爐氧化鋅煙灰制取高純鋅的新工藝。Zn的浸出率>96%,浸出液加H2O2后凈化除Sb和As,然后采用加鋅粉兩段逆流除Cu,Cd,Pb,電積過程中電能消耗2500~2700kW·h/t。電鋅含Zn>99.999%,雜質(zhì)元素Cu,Cd,Co,Ni,F(xiàn)e,As,Sb均小于0.0001%,Pb<0.0003%。

Abstract:A new process of using ammonia and ammonium chloride solution to leach zinc oxide fume dusts and electrowinning high-purity zinc was explored successfully. The leaching rate of zinc was more than 96%. The As and Sb in the filtrate were removed by adding H2O2 and others, and Cu, Cd and Pb were removed by adding zinc powder with two-stage countercurrent. During electowinning the electrical energy consumption ranged from 2500 to 2700kW·h/t. The zinc content in the eletrowinned zinc is more than 99.999%, and the contents of mpurities Cu, Cd, Co, Ni, Fe, As, Sb are all lower than 0.0001%, but lead is lower than 0.0003%。
