摘 要: 通過(guò)透射電鏡對(duì)碳化硅晶須增強(qiáng)鋅基復(fù)合材料微結(jié)構(gòu)的觀察,發(fā)現(xiàn)碳化硅晶須與基體間界面結(jié)合良好,界面附近區(qū)域分別存在T(T′)相和二次析出η相,且后者與碳化硅晶須間存在一定取向關(guān)系。此外,擠壓變形后碳化硅晶須中存在大量位錯(cuò)、層錯(cuò)和孿晶等缺陷,基體中η相也有孿晶產(chǎn)生。

SiC whisker reinforced zinc alloy matrix

Abstract: The microstructure of SiCw reinforced zinc alloy matrix have been observed by means of transmission electron microscope. It was found that the interfacial bonding between the SiCw and the matrix is good. There exist T(T′) phase and secondary precipitated η phase near the interface, and an orientation relationship between the SiCw and the secondary precipitated η phase is found out. Besides, large amounts of dislocations, stacking faults and twins were observed in the SiCw reinforcement after extruding the specimen. Twins were also observed inside η phase in the matrix.
