摘 要: 研究了熔體溫度處理工藝對A319合金凝固組織的影響，通過對冷卻速度和混合熔體停留時間的考察，發(fā)現(xiàn)不同的冷卻速度對經(jīng)過和不經(jīng)過熔體溫度處理的凝固組織初生枝晶尺寸作用不大，但對凝固組織中的晶間化合物相的析出有很大影響。研究結(jié)果表明，熔體溫度處理工藝有利于抑制晶間化合物的析出，促進(jìn)組織的均勻性。隨著混合熔體停留時間的延長，試樣的拉伸性能表現(xiàn)出由低到高、再由高到低的變化規(guī)律，從原子團簇的角度分析了熔體溫度處理工藝對凝固組織的作用機制。

Abstract: The effect of a new process， the melt temperature treatment(MTT) process on the solidification structure of A319 alloy has been studied. Through the investigation of the cooling rate and the holding time of the mixing melt， the results show that the cooling rate has little effect on the size of the primary dendritic either treated with MTT or not， however， the MTT process can restrain the intercrystalline compound phase from precipitating and promote the homogenization of the microstructure. With the holding time of the mixing melt going， the tensile strength of the samples measured appears low→high→low trend in values. The mechanism of the MTT was analyzed with the theory of atom clusters.
