摘 要: 應(yīng)用亞正規(guī)熔體模型對(duì)Si-Al-Ca(-Fe)合金體系和SiO2CaO-Al2O3渣系的熱力學(xué)性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了理論研究,計(jì)算出了上述體系組元的等活度曲線圖。分析了1 550 ℃溫度條件下,金屬硅和75SiFe在氧化精煉過程中雜質(zhì)元素的渣金平衡成分給出了鋁和鈣的平衡等濃度線。根據(jù)模型計(jì)算的結(jié)果,分析了在相同實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下金屬硅和75SiFe中雜質(zhì)Al和Ca之間的關(guān)系。

Abstract:The thermodynamic properties of Si-Al-Ca(-Fe) alloy and SiO2-CaO-Al2O3 slag system were calculated by a multicomponent subregular melt model, with given isoactivity curves of the components. With the model, the isoconcentration curves of Al and Ca in silicon and 75SiFe alloys during the oxidation refining process were calculated at 1 550 ℃. The relations of the Al and Ca contents equilibrated at the same conditions between the silicon and 75SiFe alloys were calculated.
