摘 要: 對“選擇性沉淀法從鎢酸鹽溶液中除鉬”新工藝進行了工業(yè)試驗。結果表明:對處理含WO3130~244 g/L,含鉬0.535~2.55 g/L的工業(yè)鎢酸銨溶液,除鉬后凈液中Mo/WO3達到2.00×10-5~9.12×10-5, 除鉬率達97.41%~99.64%,同時還能有效除去Sn等雜質;當結晶率為95%以上時,產(chǎn)品APT的質量完全達到GB10116-88APT-0級標準。本技術可大大簡化APT結晶母液的處理,與經(jīng)典的處理結晶母液工藝相比,母液中WO3回收率提高5%以上,NH4Cl的利用率達60%~70%,三廢排放量減少60%~70%。

for Mo removal from tungstate solution

Abstract:The commercial scale test was conducted for impurity molybdenum removal from tungstate solution by selective precipitation method. The results show that after commercial (NH4)2WO4 solutions containing 130~244 g/L WO3 and 0.535~2.55 g/L Mo are treated, the Mo/WO3 ratio in purified solution is 2.00×10-5~9.12×10-5 and the Mo removal rate can reach 97.41%~99.64%. Impurity Sn can be removed simultaneously. The quality of product APT obtained after the evaporationcrystallization of purified (NH4)2WO4 solution can conform to GB10116-88APT-0 standard at 95.0%~98.0% crystallization rate. The treatment process of APT crystal liquor is simplified significantly using the technology. The increase of WO3 recovery rate is over 5% in comparison with classical processes and the utilization ratio of NH4Cl is 60%~70%. The practice has expressed that the technology has outstanding characteristics of good adaptability for raw materials, simple process and equipments, high metal recovery and good economics profits.
