摘 要: 研究了濕法煉鋅電解過(guò)程中，用SO2在陽(yáng)極放電代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的水分解放電而降低槽電壓，以達(dá)到節(jié)能的目的。使用鉑作陽(yáng)極，在電解液中通入SO2進(jìn)行電解，節(jié)能可達(dá)40%。通過(guò)SO2陽(yáng)極極化曲線的測(cè)定，考察了SO2濃度、H2SO4濃度、溫度和攪拌速度對(duì)陽(yáng)極反應(yīng)速率的影響。研究表明：在鉑陽(yáng)極上SO2陽(yáng)極反應(yīng)符合電化學(xué)控制，遵從塔菲爾公式；SO2的反應(yīng)級(jí)數(shù)為3.3，表觀活化能為31.8 kJ/mol，硫酸的反應(yīng)級(jí)數(shù)為零。

Abstract:The anodic oxidation of sulfur dioxide instead of water in zinc hyrometallurgy was studied for energy saving. The experimental results show that under experimental conditions energy consumption can be reduced by 40%. The effects of SO2 concentration, H2SO4 concentration, temperature and stirring speed on anodic reaction rate were investigated using potentiostatic polarization measurement. The results indicate that the SO2 anodic reaction process is electrochemically controlled and obeys Tafel equation. The apparent activation energy for SO2 anodic reaction is 31.8 kJ/mol, and the orders of anodic reaction are 3.30 and zero with respect to SO2 and H2SO4respectively.
