摘 要: 軋輥熱凸度是影響板形的一個(gè)重要因素,其計(jì)算精度直接影響到成品的板凸度和板形精度。采用軸對(duì)稱差分法計(jì)算了超薄快速鑄軋機(jī)鑄軋輥溫度場(chǎng)和熱凸度,計(jì)算結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試結(jié)果相吻合,為鑄軋輥原始設(shè)計(jì)和板形控制提供了依據(jù)。
