摘 要: 采用真空熱壓燒結(jié)法制備了致密度為98.5%的20Wf/30ZrCp/W復(fù)合材料，分析測試了復(fù)合材料的相組成、微觀組織結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明：W絲在復(fù)合材料中分布較均勻，且基本平行于熱壓面；W與ZrC在界面處發(fā)生互擴(kuò)散，形成了(Zr,W)C固溶體；W絲與基體間的界面結(jié)合強(qiáng)度過高，并發(fā)生明顯的再結(jié)晶現(xiàn)象；加入W絲未能起到強(qiáng)韌化作用。復(fù)合材料的抗彎強(qiáng)度和斷裂韌性分別為504 MPa和9.48 MPa·m1/2。

20Wf/30ZrCp/W composite

Abstract:The composition, microstructure and mechanical properties of 20Wf/30ZrCp/W composite produced using hot pressing technique were investigated. Results show that the relative density reaches 98.5%. The tungsten wires are well distributed within the ZrCp/W matrix with preferred orientation. There is an interdiffusion of Zr and W in ZrCp/W interface, which results in (Zr, W)C solid solution forming and a strong bond between ZrC particle and tungsten wire or tungsten. The tungsten wires are recrystallized and have no strengthening and toughening effects on ZrCp/W matrix. The strength and fracture toughness of 20Wf/30ZrCp/W composite are 504 Pa and 9.48 MPa·m1/2, respectively.
