摘 要: 采用以自蔓延高溫合成技術(shù)制備的TiC/Fe(Mo)復合粉末為添加劑增強鐵基粉末冶金材料，探討復合增強粉末中金屬相的種類、含量對增強體結(jié)構(gòu)及燒結(jié)復合材料性能的影響。結(jié)果表明，含F(xiàn)e, Mo為10%～20%的TiC/Fe(Mo)復合粉末具有較好的增強效果；在復合粉末的自蔓延高溫合成中，加入金屬Mo，有利于TiC與金屬相的潤濕，從而提高增強效果。

Abstract:The SHS TiC/Fe(Mo) composite powder was used to reinforce the iron-based powder metallurgical materials. The effect of the kind and the amount of metals in reinforcing composite powder on powder microstructure and properties of sintered composite was studied. It is showed that TiC/Fe(Mo) powder with 10%～20% metal is good to reinforce iron-based powder metallurgical materials. In the SHS processing of composite powder, the addition of Mo is beneficial to wetting between TiC and metal, so to reinforcement.
