摘 要: 采用電化學(xué)測(cè)試技術(shù)研究了人體醫(yī)用金屬材料工業(yè)純鈦和Ti6Al4V合金在人工模擬體液中的腐蝕行為。結(jié)果表明，陽(yáng)極極化后兩種合金均未發(fā)現(xiàn)點(diǎn)蝕，工業(yè)純鈦的維鈍電流密度小于Ti6Al4V合金，前者的陽(yáng)極極化性能優(yōu)于后者。Ti6Al4V合金縫隙試樣在陽(yáng)極電位超過+2 000 mV(vs SCE)后，電流開始急劇增大，發(fā)生了縫隙腐蝕; 通過電子探針分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，在縫隙內(nèi)Al和V兩種元素發(fā)生活性溶解。工業(yè)純鈦在電位達(dá)到+4 000 mV(vs SCE)時(shí)仍沒有發(fā)生縫隙腐蝕。

Ti6Al4V alloy in artificial body fluid

Abstract:The corrosion behavior of surgery medical materials commercially pure Ti (abridged as CPTi ) and Ti6Al4V alloy in Ringer's artificial body fluid was studied with electrochemical methods. The results show that no pitting corrosion is found on these two alloys. The passivation current density of CPTi is lower than that of Ti6Al4V， which indicates that the former's anodic polarization capacity is better than the latter's. With the polarization potential over than 2 000 mV(vs SCE)， the crevice corrosion happens on Ti6Al4V alloy sample. However that is not found on CPTi sample when the potential is 4 000 mV(vs SCE). The EPMA analysis of Ti6Al4V alloy crevice corrosive sample shows that Al and V actively dissolve， then migrate and electrically deposit.
