摘 要: 鑄軋區(qū)金屬(液態(tài)金屬、粘糊狀金屬和冷凝殼)的流動為非均勻介質(zhì)流動。在鑄軋區(qū)溫度場分析的基礎(chǔ)上,推導(dǎo)了非均勻介質(zhì)流動流函數(shù)控制微分方程,用有限元法求解該方程。給出了太原鋁廠雙輥傾斜式鑄軋機(jī)在穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)條件下鑄軋區(qū)金屬的凝固傳熱和流動規(guī)律。

Abstract:The flow of metal in castrolling area (liquid metal, sticky metal and solid shell) is an uneven medium flow. By analyzing the temperature field in castrolling part, the controlled differential equation of the flow function for an uneven medium flow was studied, and the equation was extracted with FEM. In a steady production of the twinroller aluminum castrolling machine in Taiyuan Aluminum Plant, the solidification transmit heat and the flow of metal in castrolling part were analyzed.
