摘 要: 研究了SDJ-1型熔劑與氮?dú)饴?lián)合凈化鋁合金熔體的效果,并對(duì)熔劑凈化機(jī)理以及FI法(Flux injection)凈化優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行了探討,揭示了除氣過(guò)程中氣體與熔劑的相互作用。結(jié)果表明:采用FI聯(lián)合精煉工藝,在適當(dāng)?shù)臏囟?720℃)和熔劑加入量(0.15% SDJ-1)條件下,聯(lián)合精煉工藝的 除氣效果遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)優(yōu)于生產(chǎn)中常用的氮?dú)獯禋夥ê腿蹌┓ǎ?lián)合凈化法的優(yōu)勢(shì)在于提高了吸附能力以及加入具有固氫作用的降渣劑。 FI工藝原理為:氣體與熔劑在熔體中均勻分布、密切接觸,氣體使熔劑快速上浮,熔劑的存在提供多而窄的通道,使氫容易聚集在通道附近,即使氫含量較低時(shí),氮?dú)馊阅馨l(fā)揮作用,通道的存在有利于分散和離解氣泡。

Abstract:The purification effect of aluminium melt by flux injection technique with SDJ-1 high-efficient flux and N2, and also the interact ion between the flux and bubbles were studied. The results show that with special flux(SDJ-1) and technology(FI), proper addition amount(0.15%) of flux and melting temperature(720℃), the technique have an advantage over other techniques. This may be due to particular inclusion-removed mechanism, which can result in dispersion of flux and bubbles. Larger interfaces, narrow channels make the hydrogen easy to gather around them and increase the difference of the hydrogen partial pressure between the bubbles and the melt around. And the channels also contribute to the dispersion and division of bubbles.
