析出相與基體位向關(guān)系的影響

摘 要: 采用不同的淬火時(shí)效工藝研究了不同的Be含量對(duì)7475鋁合金的硬度以及析出相與基體位向關(guān)系的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明：加入0.023%Be能有效提高7475鋁合金的硬度，硬度值最高可達(dá)HB140，無(wú)鈹?shù)暮辖鹌溆捕戎底罡卟坏紿B120，含0.7%Be合金的硬度值處于上述兩者之間。同時(shí)添加鈹會(huì)加快7475鋁合金的時(shí)效硬化進(jìn)程。電子衍射分析表明：含Be的合金中, η′相與基體的位向關(guān)系為(-1-120)η′∥(42-2)Al，β相與基體的位向關(guān)系為(200)β∥(2-42)Al；而不含Be的鋁合金中β相與基體的位向關(guān)系為(11-1)β∥(6-20)Al。

Abstract:The effect of beryllium on the hardness of 7475 aluminum alloy and the orientation relation between precipitation phases and Al matrix was studied with the different aging treatment method. The results show that Be increases the alloy hardness and raises its aging hardening rate. The hardness of the alloy is HB140 with 0.023%Be, HB120 without Be and between their values with 0.7%Be. At the same time, the oriented relation of the alloy containing Be is diff er ent from that one without Be by with TEM, that is, (-1-120)η′∥(42-2)Al and (200)β∥(2-42)Al with Be, (11-1)β∥(6-20)Al without Be.
