摘 要: 用透射電子顯微鏡對鈦合金基體等離子噴涂羥基磷灰石(HA)生物活性梯度涂層的界 面進行了觀察與分析。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)熱處理后生物活性梯度涂層的結(jié)晶程度明顯提高,涂層中存在HA晶體、β-Ca3(PO4)2晶體以及中間相CaTiO3晶體。涂層和基體的界面結(jié)合為冶金化學結(jié)合,HA涂層和基體Ti間存在過渡相ZrO2,過渡相ZrO2的存在有利于提高涂層和基體之間的界面結(jié)合力。

Abstract:The interface between plasma spray hydroxyapatite(HA) bioactive gradient coating and Ti-6Al-4V matrix was studied using transmission electron microscopy. Phases such as crystalline hydroxyapatite,crystalline β-Ca3(PO4)2 and ZrO2 were identified. Metallurgy-chemical bonding was formed between coating and matrix and transitional phase CaTiO3 was observed. The existence of ZrO2 can improve the bonding force between coating and matrix.
