摘 要: 研究了原位自生10%TiC/Fe(體積分數(shù))復合材料顯微組織及W對該復合材料的影響作用。結(jié)果表明，在原位合成的10%TiC/Fe復合材料中，TiC相是唯一的第二相，它呈塊狀和條狀 兩種形態(tài)。在以50%W(摩爾分數(shù))替代50%Ti(摩爾分數(shù))的10%(Ti0.5W0.5)C/Fe(體積分數(shù))復合材料中，形成了(TiW)C相，它是唯一的第二相，其形態(tài)基本上是呈塊狀， 而條狀較少。在以60%W(摩爾分數(shù))替代60%Ti(摩爾分數(shù))的10%(Ti0.4W0.6)C/Fe(體積分數(shù))復合材料中，除形成(TiW)C相外，還形成了富W的Fe6W6C相，這兩種幾乎都為條狀。

Abstract:The effect of substitution of titanium with tungsten on microstructure of in sit u synthesized 10%TiC/Fe (volume fraction) composite was investigated. The results show that in the 10%TiC/Fe, TiC is only one second phase and it appears in two kinds of morphologies, i.e. block-like and rod-like. In 10%(Ti0.5W0.5)C/Fe(volume fraction) in which 50%Ti(mole fraction) is substituted by W, as only second phase (TiW)C is formed and most of it is block-like and few rod like. In 10%(Ti0.4W0.6)C/Fe (volume fraction) in which 60%Ti (mole fraction) is substituted by W, besides (TiW)C, a tungstenrich phase, Fe6W6C, is formed and almost all the phases are rod-like.
