燃燒合成及準(zhǔn)熱等靜壓致密化

摘 要: 利用燃燒合成結(jié)合準(zhǔn)熱等靜壓(PHIP)技術(shù)成功制備了直徑為240mm的大尺寸TiB2-Cu-Ni金屬陶瓷,對(duì)合成產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)和力學(xué)性能等實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。XRD結(jié)果表明反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物中只有TiB2和(Cu,Ni)兩相。SEM分析發(fā)現(xiàn)增強(qiáng)相TiB2陶瓷顆粒已經(jīng)形成骨架狀,其間為(Cu,Ni)基體相,TiB2顆粒形貌為近等軸狀,尺寸 細(xì)小且較均勻。合成產(chǎn)物的致密度為94.2%,彎曲強(qiáng)度和斷裂韌性分別達(dá)到599.4MPa和12.56MPa·m1/2。

Abstract:Large-scale TiB2-Cu-Ni cermet from Ti,B,Cu and Ni powders was produced by combining combustion synthesis with pseudo hot isostatic pressing. The diameter of the product is 240mm. The synthesized product was identified using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the result showed that only TiB2 and (Cu,Ni) phases,without Cu and Ni phases,existed in the product. The microstructure was observed using scanning electron microscope (SEM). TiB2 ceramics have skeletal structure. TiB2 reinforcement,which is fine and uniform, grows in near equivalent axis-like shape. The relative density of the synthesized pr o duct is 94.2%. The bending strength and fracture toughness of the product are 599.4MPa and 12.56MPa·m1/2,respectively.
