摘 要: 應(yīng)用本研究組發(fā)展的改進(jìn)分析型EAM多體勢(shì),由準(zhǔn)諧和近似計(jì)算方法具體計(jì)算了8種fcc過渡族金屬(Ag,Au,Cu,Ir,Ni,Pd,Pt,Rh)和Al的[100],[110]和[111]3個(gè)方向的聲子譜和晶格摩爾熱容,并將計(jì)算結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較。結(jié)果表明:聲子譜在低頻率處與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果符合得很好,在高頻率處有偏差;計(jì)算的晶格摩爾熱容與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果符合良好。所采用的EAM多體勢(shì)能較好的反映fcc金屬原子間的相互作用。

Abstract:The phonon spectra and lattice molar heat capacity of fcc metals (Ag,Al,Au,Cu,Ir,Ni,Pd,Pt,Rh) were calculated by the analytic embedded atom method (AEAM). The results are in good agreement with the experimental data, which indicates that the present AEAM can reflect the interatomic interaction reasonably for these metals.
